Since 2021 I have been working with photographer and designer Andre Pozusis on a project called Arppa, it's a band formed by four members; Arppa Airola, Ville-Veikko Airaniemi, Antti Ahoniemi and Okko Saastamoinen. They have established their music in Finnish Indie/PopScene with playfull lyrics and stories and enchanting live performances.
Together with Andre we have created the visual identity of Arppa through using my expertise in lettering and two different collaborations with artists Aaron Sirainen and Irene Suosalo, both creating the visual world of each album. (Kinovalon alla, 2022; Valeria, 3/2023).
This was and has been my first larger scale design and working with such talented individuals has taught me a lot in thinking design as whole world, collaborations, combining the visual elements of an identity and telling something you can hear in a visual way.
